• In addition, we provide digital marketing services, website development (WordPress, Odoo, and custom solutions), and online courses/training programs.
• Each of our services may have specific requirements, pricing, and timelines, which will be communicated in writing before engagement.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under UAE law.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the functionality of our website or platforms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
• Violate any applicable UAE laws or regulations.

4. Service-Specific Terms

(a) Insurance Brokerage Intermediary

• We only connect clients with licensed UAE insurance brokers.
• We are not responsible for the terms, pricing, or issuance of policies, which remain between you and the broker.

(b) Digital Marketing & Website Development

• Service scope, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon in advance.
• We are not liable for third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, hosting providers) and their policies or technical issues.
• Payments for projects may be structured in phases (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).

(c) Online Courses & Training

• Course fees are payable before access is granted.
• Refunds or cancellations, if any, will follow our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or platforms.
• We are not responsible for:
• The outcome of insurance policies issued by third-party brokers
• Performance of third-party platforms (ads, hosting, etc.)
• Indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, training material, and digital assets, is the property of Ever Safe Commercial Broker and protected under UAE intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Data Protection

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
